Greulich's Automotive Repair

t c a month ago

The best repair shop I’ve been to. Pictures are taken of recommended service repairs and then discussed before any work is done. Coupons are usually available on most repairs so check their website. Reputable, trustworthy and easy to deal with, plus they provide a ride home so you don’t have to wait on sight. Based on my dealings with the Surprise, AZ location ( shop 1261 ) I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

I needed to have two specific repairs done and Greulich's did exactly what I asked in a timely and professional manner. They did not insist on preforming a diagnostic test I didn't need and didn't try to "upsell" me on maintenance I didn't want at this time. I've tried several auto repair places in Surprise the last 20 years. Greulich's has been the best by far!

Highly recommend this place. I have taken all my vehicles there. And they stand behind their work 100 percent

Called for a coolant flush during a busy Saturday. They told me if I could drop it off would be 3-4 hours. During that time received very thorough vehicle inspection with pictures. Received a call 3.5 hours later, right on time and not overly expensive. Will now be my go to for repairs I am unable to do.

This was my first time taking my car to an auto shop for repairs. I was hesitant because I knew it would be a costly fix, but Jolynn was amazing. She was fully transparent over the phone and even offered to find me coupons online. She gave me a quote and a timeframe in which the work would be completed; both were true to her word. There were no surprise issues that needed fixing and my vehicle definitely ran better afterward. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone in need of transparency and honesty for their vehicle.
